Group Rates

Group rates apply to 10 or more employees from the same company (may include HRPA members & non-members). To qualify for the group rate, all 10 (or more) names of registrants in the group must be submitted at the same time.

To register by mail or fax, please select the PDF Registration Form button beside our Conference Pricing and print the form. Select both your first and second choices (1, 2) for each time slot and mail or fax the form with payment. Please note, this form is subject to change.

Online registration closes: Friday, January 17, 2020 at 5:00pm Eastern Time

On-site registration: Delegates wishing to register after January 17, 2020 at 5:00pm Eastern Time are welcome to do so on site at the main registration desk at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Members registering on site will need to provide proof of HRPA membership to receive the HRPA member rate.

Session Pre-selection Required: All delegates are required to select sessions at the time of registration for each time slot.

Student Perks:

HRPA Student Members are allowed to visit the trade show, both days – complimentary.	Free
Non-HRPA Student Members must register in person at the HRPA Registration Desk on the 600 Level with their valid student ID card.	Free

Requests for cancellations or refunds must be received in writing at conferenceregistration@hrpa.ca. For cancellations received:

• On or before December 13, 2019, you will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after December 13, 2019.  No refunds will be issued for “no shows.” If you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place. Please contact conferenceregistration@hrpa.ca or 1.844.REG.HRPA (1.844.734.4772) Ext.0 for more information.

New for HRPA2020! Grab your delegate badge before you even get to the show! To make your registration process speedy and seamless, we’ve added two new HRPA2020 Express Registration counters at neighbouring hotels.

Please note: Express Registration is exclusively for conference attendees who have registered for a full or 1-day conference pass.  If you are registered for Trade Show only, please pick up your badge at the 600 level registration area; if you are registered as an Exhibitor, please pick up your badge at the 800 level registration area.
